Our new American menu incorporates ethically sourced ingredients from local farms and small-batch producers across the US. That is the core of what we do best.
We proudly continue to support our local, organic farmers, fishmongers, and producers who we have worked with for the past 10 years at our sister establishment.
We believe in respecting the integrity of the way food was produced historically. Working with heritage brands and ethical producers that we know and trust produce ingredients with the utmost integrity.
Gregory’s is for all those that still believe in the American dream. Created as an homage to the melting pot of cultures that immigrated to the US bringing with them their dreams, traditions, work ethic and comfort food. The goal was to create a community gathering place for our neighbors, friends, and family to have a home away from home with thoughtfully prepared food that you crave.

The Vagabond Hotel is a historic property located on Biscayne Blvd. in Miami that exhibits Miami Modern architecture. After sitting vacant for years, the building was reopened in 2014 as a restaurant and hotel. Gregory’s was opened in 2019 by Anastasia Koutsioukis, Ahmet Erkaya, Tamara Magalhães and Roel Alcudia. They also manage The Pool Bar and Maria’s Living Room (coming soon).
